Peer Ebbesen Skov is an Associate Professor of Economics (2021) at Auckland University of Technology. He received his PhD in Economics from University of Copenhagen in 2014. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at University of Copenhagen from 2014 to 2016, before joining the faculty at AUT in 2016.

His main area of research is empirical public economics and in particular behavioural responses to tax incentives. His work with colleagues at London School of Economics, University of Sydney and University of Copenhagen includes articles in The Review of Economic and Statistics and American Economic Journal: Economic Policy.
