Per Åhblom

I have broad research interests in accounting, particularly regarding financial accounting in capital markets and management control in the public sector. More specifically regarding the former, I am interested in the use and interpretation of financial numbers in the relationship between institutional equity investors and listed companies. My specific interest in the latter is operational and financial tensions arising from control systems that span formal administrative boundaries in complex, composite public services. My favoured approach is micro sociological analysis with attention to everyday practices and structures.
