Per Samuelsson

Per is a Professor of Law and has been a consultant at Lindmark Welinder for many years. His professorial post at the Lund University Faculty of Law is mainly geared towards association law (especially corporate law), capital-market law, banking law and contracting legislation. He has published a large number of books and articles in these fields, among others a five-volume commentary on Swedish corporate law in collaboration with Professor Erik Nerep.
