Peter Carnevale does research on negotiation, mediation, and organizational conflict resolution systems. He has published two books and more than 100 articles in leading scientific and management journals, often supported by grants from the National Science Foundation. He has served as the President of the International Association for Conflict Management as well as Chair of the Conflict Management Division of the Academy of Management.
