Biography
International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Peter Kennedy is a principal with PRM. He has more than 25 years of experience conducting and managing consulting projects for private, non-profit and public sector employers. His expertise includes the review, analysis, design, development, implementation, communication and administration of executive compensation, employee compensation, performance management, incentives and total rewards. Prior to joining PRM, Peter managed the benefits administration outsourcing operation for ADP Benefit Services in Maryland, and served as the head of Aon Consulting’s Baltimore and Bethesda offices. He was a founding partner of Kennedy & Rand Consulting, Inc., one of PRM Consulting Group’s partner companies. Peter speaks and writes frequently about his areas of expertise, and is an active volunteer, currently serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of InCharge Institute of America, Inc. where he chairs the Executive Compensation Committee. He also serves on the Board of the Washington DC Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and the Corporate Board of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Peter received a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Oberlin College and an MSM degree in economics and industrial relations from Sloan School of Management, M.I.T.
