Biography

Peter Kravaritis is a member of JPMorgan’s Global Securitized Products group, dealing in tax-oriented investments. Kravaritis focuses in the multi-family sector, with assets throughout the U.S, primarily in the affordable space.

Kravaritis has more than 10 years of progressive real estate experience with an emphasis in underwriting, asset management and property operations. As a detail-oriented professional who has experience in both the public and private sectors of finance, with advanced education in the field of real estate, and experience in both the operational and transactional side of the real estate investment business, Kravaritis brings a highly specialized skill set to the real estate industry.

He received his MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance & Investment from DePaul in 2013 and returned to complete a Master's of Science in Real Estate in 2017. Kravaritis has also served as an adjunct professor of real estate since 2014.

Prior to joining JPMorgan, Kravaritis was a development officer at the Illinois Housing Development Authority where he was responsible for underwriting potential real estate development projects in Illinois. He has also held a position at Northern Trust as a fund analyst working on some of the firm’s largest sovereign wealth funds.

Kravaritis started his real estate career in 2007 as an assistant property manager at Colliers International by managing class-A suburban office properties for a large private equity investor.
