Georgia Tech Professional Education
Phil D. West, Georgia Tech Research Institute principal research engineer, has been working on radar-signal processing, radar-target tracking, emitter geolocation and ECM design since 1983. He has published more than 25 technical papers, book chapters, and reports on EW and radar development. He earned his B.S.E.E. from the University of Maryland at College Park, and his M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
