Biography

Phil Siegel is a Managing Partner of Tritium Partners, responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions and monitoring several of Tritium Partners' portfolio companies.

Prior to co-founding Tritium Partners, Phil was a General Partner at Austin Ventures where he spent 14 years helping to launch and build the Growth Equity practice.

Previously, Phil was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he spent 11 years in the Chicago and Dallas offices. His primary focus was in the Consumer and Retail and Financial Services client practices. Prior to joining BCG, Phil was a senior analyst at BBDO in Chicago.

Phil is a professor in the Acton MBA program and was formerly a professor of entrepreneurship at the University of Texas. He was previously on the Board of Directors for the Austin Entrepreneurs Foundation.
