Philipp Schult

Philipp guides corporations through operational restructurings and M&A-related challenges. His experience has focused especially on advising private-equity and midcap corporates with views to leveraging value creation potentials and managing complex transactions. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a director in the M&A/investment management department at Sixt SE as well as an authorized officer at myDriver, where he oversaw the whole deal cycle. Philipp has a master’s degree in law (LLM) in corporate finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
