Biography

Qiang Fitzgerald is the founder and CEO of Huang & Fitzgerald Consulting, a professional service firm that provides strategic consulting to universities and businesses on cross cultural business communications. It also provides career development trainings for organizations such as ASCEND, a nationwide organization that develops leadership skills among Asian American professionals in financial industry.

Ms. Fitzgerald draws her expertise from over 20 years’ management experience in China and in US, within industries ranging from Retail, Finance, to Higher Education. Ms. Fitzgeraldhas held management positions in IT project management, business development, marketing, and eCommerce at global firms such as HSBC.

Ms. Fitzgerald holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a MS in Management Information System from Northern Illinois University, and BS in Psychology from Zhejiang University in China.
