Rafael Martínez is adjunct professor of Strategy at IE Business School, IE Law School and IE School of Human Sciences & Technology. His career combines senior management, strategic advisory, teaching and professional coaching. Formerly Corporate Strategy Office director at Telefónica, and currently Senior Advisor to Arthur D. Little, a leading global management and technology consulting firm. His interests are strategy, platforms, organizational design, culture, leadership and change, and how they are shaping the Company of Tomorrow and the CEO agenda. In addition, Rafael works as strategic advisor to several companies, as well as executive coach and mentor of professional coaches.

  • IE Business School Prizes of Academic Excellence 2015-2016-2017-2018-2019 years.
  • Author of “El manual del Estratega” (“Strategist’s Handbook”, 2013, Ed. Gestión 2000) that was awarded the Knowsquare prize to the best business book published in Spain in 2013.
