Rafael Colón

Perez Colon, Rafael Co-founder and CEO of HisKēn Ventures, SL Former Global Senior Director for International Organizations at Microsoft Corporation. President of the House of Puerto Rico in Spain. Recognized international expert on technology and its impact on economic development.

He advises international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, CAF-Development Bank of Latin America and the Asian Development Bank. He collaborates with academic institutions such as IE Business School, George Washington University, UNED, University of Alicante and the Spanish Diplomatic School. Member of the Advisory Board of the Spanish Network for Sustainable Development, attached to the United Nations SDSN network, and collaborator of the Ibero-American Network for Data Protection. His most recent works have focused on security and data protection issues.
