Raj Sandhu

Raj is a behavioural scientist who has spent the past decade, applying her knowledge of cognitive neuroscience to business strategy and innovation. She has worked across many sectors, including financial services, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, retail and the public sector. In creating a behavioural strategy practice at a boutique consultancy in Toronto, to leading behavioural practices at both Scotia Bank and PwC Canada, Raj has been at the forefront of pushing the application of behavioural science beyond nudging, to strategy development.

Raj has published her work in top academic journals, has taught behavioural science classes at Universities in Canada and the United States, and has been an invited speaker for various behavioural science events. Raj holds both a Masters and PhD in Cognitive Neuropsychology.
