Ramona Bischoff is a social innovator with a high understanding of complex organizations and systems in transition, as well as the development processes of people. She has many years of international leadership experience in "VUCA markets."
As Co-Founder of KontextMensch, she is dedicated to the regenerative development of the ecosystem enterprise, the empowerment of sociocratic self-organization, as well as living the pioneering day-to-day in the implementation of social innovation. As an experienced start-up founder, Head of Innovation in Corporates and investor, she brings a broad expertise.
After pursuing her Master of Business Psychology, Ramona deepened her knowledge in Cognitive Neurosciences to explore scientific insights and best practices from new perspectives.
