Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management
Raphaël Prioux practices business law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, company and financial law, and complex litigation.
His daily practice covers a wide variety of questions relating to business and company law. He is skilled at drafting contracts and documents, including for mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions, shareholder agreements, initial public offerings and stock market listings. Raphaël also has extensive commercial litigation experience and is frequently involved in complex litigation, increasingly as an arbitrator.
Raphaël has developed long-term, personalised relationships with many of his clients.
