He served as chairman of the Fidelity Global Operations and Transfer Agent boards, and as a member of the Fidelity Business Services India and Fidelity Management & Research India boards. During his first decade-plus with Fidelity, Ray led a broad array of business units with sales of up to $1 billion in the retail, institutional/corporate, service and independent investment advisor sectors. Ray began his professional career with Exxon Company USA. He held a number of positions of increasing responsibility encompassing sales, operations management, marketing and strategic planning.
