Rebecca has consulted with domestic and international companies ranging in size from 30 to 30,000 employees on a variety of topics, including recruitment, talent management, retention, occupational stress and burnout, work/life balance, sleep/fatigue, workplace safety and wellness, and communication practices. Becca obtained her Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University (CSU) and is currently a Ph.D. candidate with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology (OHP). Becca's undergraduate minor in Spanish serves Lodestone well with several portfolio companies. Becca is responsible for much of the behind-the-scenes research supporting Lodestone's scientific approach to Human Capital, and she also delivers leadership development, DEI, and stress and burnout avoidance workshops.
