Biography
Hult Ashridge Executive Education
I am passionate being the global shaper of dialogue, solving the toughest issues for our clients, communities and people.
In my role, as Global Markets Insights Leader, I am responsible for ensuring EY are able to foresee what our stakeholders should be aware of, make sense of, and incorporate into their value creation strategies to create inclusive, successful, viable and sustainable futures. I lead the development and execution of market orientated, distinctive and differentiated thought leadership, through overseeing and ensuring business relevant research, bringing consistency and excellence to how we develop world-class content across of EY’s full suite of service lines and sectors.
With a doctorate degree in organizational change from Ashridge Business School, with Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Based on research that focused on how women’s economic empowerment can bring systemic change to the financial services industry, I bring 25 years of global experience working in top-tier management consultancies and financial institutions as a strategist and change architect, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on business life cycle transformation and value creation through research and thought leadership.
I have led integrative systems change strategies for implementation in business life cycle transformation, value creation paradigm changes, risk appetite/framework and business operating model redesign. For all the above, I created culture change programs to facilitate the transition to the new ambitions; and to enable sustainable transformation and make strategy real.
Given the focus of my work, I have worked across public and private sector stakeholders, with government officials, regulators, boards and C-suite, as well as the underrepresented stakeholders, to develop a thorough and diverse understanding of the ecosystem, in which a strategic vision needs to flourish. I translate complex challenges and trends into manageable and action-oriented insights that empower stakeholders to take responsibility and participate in change. While creating space for stakeholders that fosters innovation, new insights and input that results in impactful distinctive outputs and opportunities for proactive, thought leading initiatives.
