Created and delivered National Lean Business offer to build competitive capability of Irish Business, shared approach with IDA, Local Enterprise Offices, Teagasc and Board Bia. Formed a National Directory of Operations Improvement capability. EU Japan for Industrial Co-Operation, supports Lean In Europe and World Class manufacturing best practice sharing in Europe and Japan. Works with companies Internationally to develop capability. Supported Slaintecare programme in 2019 in developing a capacity building activity.
