Aalto University School of Business
I completed my doctorate in marketing at the Aalto University School of Economics in 2011. Currently I work as the Academic Director for CEMS MiM. My research interests include organizational and individual identities, roles, strategic change, employee and corporate branding, and practice based perspective on strategy. Recently, I have also studied the strategic challenges that the digital technology and the emerging participatory media culture bring about for organizations within media industry.
