He has 39 years' experience in the intercultural communication and management field, helping thousands of individuals to enhance their cultural intelligence and hundreds of government, community and business enterprises to develop their organisational cultural competence. He has produced training resources, published articles and research reports and contributed to national policy. His practical approach aims to equip managers and staff at all levels with the knowledge, skills and strategies needed to manage and communicate effectively in culturally diverse environments.
