Robert learned to meditate way back in 1995, directly from Deepak Chopra, and long before the Chopra Center was, "The premier source for mind-body balance, spiritual fulfillment, and total transformation". In 1996 he took the next step in his meditation path and became one of the first teachers of Primordial Meditation Sound. He has taught meditation to students in San Diego, California; Orgiva, Madrid and Barcelona, Spain; Pau, France; and Oxford and Bristol England.
