After 10 years spent in the marketing of electric appliances (Group SEB), Robert joined EM LYON where he teaches the BtoC Marketing, with a focus on the marketing process and market studies. Head of the Chair “Services Publics Grand Lyon”, he is consultant at Nova7, specialized in services innovation and territorial strategies.
