Zicklin School of Business

Professor Robert E. Wagner is an Assistant Professor of Law in the Zicklin School of Business. His scholarship focuses on the intersection of criminal and corporate law. He has written extensively about substantive criminal topics such as insider trading and bribery in a corporate setting. he has also focused on criminal procedure questions as they apply to corporations. He has written numerous articles in this area dealing with topics ranging from a corporation’s right to remain silent to how the exclusionary rule should be applied to corporations. He has presented his scholarship at conferences across the country and has been published in general and specialty law journals from internationally recognized universities including NYU, Stanford, University of Virginia and the University of Florida. Before attending the University of Chicago Booth School of Business to earn his M.B.A. he was a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force for five years.
