Roberto Quaglia

I am passionate at succeeding by helping others to succeed. My approach is the synthesis of field and academic experiences. Working as a consultant, an entrepreneur, a manager or as a board member, I have learned the real life challenges and practices. Working as an academic, I have learned about what and how to teach. I focus on three audiences: - Young talents either in business school or in the early steps of their careers (my role: Professor at ESCP Europe or for a corporate university/HR department). - Managers facing key development milestones (my role: executive education Professor). - Leadership teams aiming at improving their effectiveness (my role: performance coach or independent member or facilitator). My areas of expertise are Strategy, Change Management, Problem solving, Decision Making, Leadership, Organisational Behaviour, Entrepreneurship and Family Business. I believe that almost any knowledge can be “googled, therefore I focus mostly on skills development, judgement and coaching. My approach aims at accelerating what people would learn in years of experience. I use many teaching technologies of action learning: case studies, role-plays, simulations, business games, coaching on real life challenges. My ambition is to help people at reaching a certain performance level faster than by field experience alone.
