Roger Lacey

Roger H. D. Lacey former Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for 3M. He was the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global M&A with 72 transactions worth >$5B . In addition Roger was a member of the Corporate Venture Capital Board, for internal and external new venture investments.

He is Vice Chairman of Communications Systems, Inc. JCS (Nasdaq ) and presently Interim CEO. A Board Member of Johnsonville Sausage Corp, a leading US food company, Member of the Board of Governors for Opus Business School, University of St. Thomas, Visiting Professor of Strategy and Corporate Development, Huddersfield University and a founding member of the Innovation Lab at MIT.
