Ronald de Jong

Biography

Since 2014, De Jong has been chairman of the Philips Foundation, an initiative to establish lasting social change and access to health care for disadvantaged communities through innovation and collaboration.

Ronald de Jong studied Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and participated in various leadership programs at such institutions as Harvard Business School, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Stanford University, Yale Institute for Global Leadership, and IMD Lausanne. He has been affiliated to Tilburg University since 2015 as a Distinguished Fellow in the Globalization, Aging, Innovation and Care (GAIC) research program.

He teaches lectures and cases on marketing, services, and innovation management at TiSEM’s Marketing Department.
