Ronald Krupa

As senior manager, ACA Services with Ernst & Young (EY), Mr. Krupa is an Affordable Care Act (ACA) subject matter professional in EY’s Indirect Tax practice. He advises clients on matters related to ACA reporting including data requirements, measurement options, compliance requirements and other regulatory matters. Mr. Krupa works with clients across many industries including retailers, staffing agencies and health systems. He has more than 25 years experience in the employee benefits field serving in multiple roles including benefits administration, sales and consulting, working with midsized and large employers. Prior to joining EY, Mr. Krupa managed global benefits for a midsized employer. He is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), CEBSCompliant and a Fellow of ISCEBS. Mr. Krupa served as President of the Tampa Bay Chapter of ISCEBS and was 2015 President of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. He is also a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and serves on its CEBS Committee.
