As the director for Leadership and Management Development programs for the College of Business Administration at the University of Tennessee, Ron is able to work daily with great faculty and staff to provide participants and sponsoring organizations outstanding programs that make an impact. While he has worked for only two employers (UT and US Army) his entire adult life, he has worked in a variety of positions that have provided him with a wealth of skills.

Ron has extensive experience in operations, business management, contract management, language acquisition and maintenance, and program development. He considers himself to be results-oriented and someone who always manages to find a way to get things done despite whatever obstacles are before him. He has held leadership positions for the past 30-plus years and the topic of leadership continues to hold his attention even after attending numerous courses and lectures on the topic. He believes leadership is all about the HEART (Honesty, Empathy, Accountability, Respect, and Trust).
