Biography
Ron Stair has an unquenchable passion for learning, life and doing what is right. Scholar, CEO, actuary and committed family man, he has an extraordinary zest for life and his work.
The Pension Planning industry isn’t one you would normally associate with passion and drive, but Ron cuts a path that few can follow. Driven to protect the people he and his team serve, his approach to everything is straightforward, engaging and energetic.
In addition to running Creative Plan Designs Ltd, Ron is also an active Board member of the Long Island Music Hall of Fame (he’s an accomplished percussionist and music aficionado). He is also a judge (in multiple categories) for the prestigious Intel Science Fair (both at a regional and national level).
He cares about his family, his people, the community and what’s happening in his industry. Uncompromising when it comes to doing what’s right, his is a voice that won’t be shut down.
Ron Stair … actually cares.
