Experience
Dr. Belzer is a multilingual executive coach and consulting psychologist whose specialty is helping executives around the globe develop effective leadership practices, manage multicultural/ multinational teams, and increase organizational effectiveness. Rosa brings to the Center more 30 years of expertise in human behavior, tests and measurements, and international experience as a coach and trainer developing leaders in North , South America and Europe. From 2009-2012, Rosa was the Assistant Coaching Talent Manager for CCL® working in South America where she recruited, selected, trained and supervised adjunct coaches now working with CCL in leadership programs. Prior to joining CCL, Rosa was the director of clinical training at the Douglas Young Clinic in San Diego, training and supervising doctoral and post-doctoral level clinicians completing their psychology clinical training.

Current Role
Rosa is the Coaching Talent Leader at the Center for Creative Leadership in San Diego, California. In this role she is responsible for leading a team of over 120 adjunct professionals, 35 of which work in South America and 15 in Canada. Rosa has responsibility for recruiting, selecting, training and managing the quality of CCL’s executive coaches in Western North America, Mexico, and South America. She also consults internally to help account teams integrate assessment instruments and coaching into CCL’s customized leadership solutions.

In addition, Rosa manages the CCL New Coach Orientation program for CCL within her region, and has successfully run several of these programs including 3 in South America, 1 in Seattle ,1 in Calgary, Canada and 2 in San Diego. She has also been instrumental in recruiting, selecting, and training new adjunct faculty in South America as well.

Educational Background
Rosa is a California licensed psychologist and holds a PCC coach certification from the International Coach Federation ( ICF). Rosa is also a Cerfied ICF Mentor Coach. She was the president of BGB Consulting, a firm dedicated to coaching executives working globally to maximize their leadership potential. She has a BA in psychology and philosophy from Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego.
