Biography

ESADE Business School

Her career has basically been oriented toward the university teaching of maths and statistics in a context of business management, although she has also collaborated on various studies aimed at companies or research.

Her main interest as a teacher is to try to make students, beginning the Combined Undergraduate and Master in Management Programme and generally without any special motivation for its courses, become aware by the end of the year that they were valuable to learn something that could be useful in their career. This interest led her to take the MBA at ESADE when she was already a full-time lecturer.

Her collaboration with ESADE began in 1976 as a part-time teacher, combining this with her work as a Lecturer at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (ETSAV-Escola Tècnica Superior d''Arquitectura del Vallès and ETSEIT-Escola Tècnica Superior d''Enginyeria Industrial de Terrassa). Since 1982 she has worked full time at ESADE.
