As a family therapist and executive coach, I believe that creativity is an innate adult capacity. Together with Benjamin Zander, I engaged participants in an exploration of the Art of Possibility: it’s not the circumstances that matter, but what you say about it. I invited THNKers to experiment by noting the contribution they offer, and by competing and giving up trying to win.
