Biography

UNSW Business School

Rose Trevelyan teaches on a broad range of executive development and MBA programs, working with managers on business strategy, cultural awareness and transformation, developing innovation, change management, decision making and performance management. Her program designs are based on adult education principles, incorporating experiential, or action, learning with a strong focus on practical insights and application. Rose has a deep interest in leadership, creativity and innovation cultures. Her most recent research focuses on the psychology of entrepreneurs, in particular the impact of optimism and overconfidence on entrepreneurial activity. She has published in top tier international journals and contributed to books on leadership, innovation and organisational design.

Rose is the Program Director for AGSM Executive Education open programs Leading Change with Impact and Developing the Strategic Manager. She has also custom designed and delivered programs for many Australian organisations including Westpac, Woodside Energy, NSW Department of Planning & Environment, Goodstart Early Learning.
