Dr Ross Bloore PhD (Bond), MAcc, MBA

I combine Masters and Doctoral level qualifications in Business and Accounting with exceptionally strong communication and analytical skills and proven success as a business educator, trainer, consultant, and entrepreneur. I was recently chosen by Melbourne Business School to create and present to video the Financial Management theme of their first online program, the Better Business Program.

For over twenty years I have educated and trained thousands of students, executives and Directors in Accounting, Financial Management, Strategy, Risk and Governance, and have consulted and facilitated widely to Boards and Senior Management in these areas. Twelve of those years were spent at Bond University’s School of Business lecturing in Accounting and Business Information Systems, while also being closely involved with Executive Education and consulting. Clients include The Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Boral Ltd and the University of Queensland.

Between 2005 and 2014, while training and consulting, I also developed and managed an outstanding tourism property which quickly became the Australian leader in its class, and which won a string of State and National Awards.

I am the highest achieving student in the history of Bond University on Australia's Gold Coast, where I completed my Masters and PhD degrees. My record of straight High Distinctions, topping every class and winning every award I was eligible for remains unmatched. A Bond University Medal, the Ross Bloore Achievement Medal, is named after me in recognition of this achievement and is awarded annually to the top postgraduate student in the School of Business.

I was a CPA for over twenty years from 1995 to 2017.
