Bio
Dr. Ruth Wagner is a graduate of the AU MSOD program and a very active OD scholar-practitioner. After an early career in software engineering, Ruth led a change management practice of 50 consultants in the role of Vice President for American Management Systems. Most recently, she has done significant work for clients across the Department of Defense. With two faculty teammates, Ruth led a transformation of the MSOD research methods curriculum from traditional statistics to a powerful, results-focused experiential course based on Action Research principles to ready students for the consulting projects in year 2 of the MSOD curriculum. Ruth will now co-teach the second weekend of the Methods and Models of Change course with Professor Dick Axelrod.
