Based on 20 years of professional experience in operational and managerial positions in human resources and organizational development, Sabine Lorenzen supports executives and companies in the continuous optimization of personal performance and entrepreneurial processes as a trainer, coach and organizational consultant.
Ms. Lorenzen is a systemic consultant in organizations, associate coach of the DBVC and a trained process manager. She is certified in the personality diagnostic procedures according to KODE®, the Reiss profile and the MotivStructure Analysis MSA® as well as in the Sci:Vesco procedure for collecting collective evaluations in organizations.
As a university lecturer, Ms. Lorenzen teaches in the following areas: intrinsic motivation, self-perception and external perception, and teamwork.
