Saglar’s global initiatives were supported by the Weinerman Fellowship for Social Justice (Yale Public Health School) and the Kirby Simon Fellowship for International Human Rights (Yale Law School). Saglar’s professional background includes consultancy work for the United Nations Development Program on the issues of privatization of public services in Russia, Armenia, and China; for the World Health Organization on health promotion in Kyrgyzstan; and most recently, for the Abu Dhabi Education Council on the development of Child Protection in the Education Sector.
