Georgia Tech Professional Education
Sam Darwin is a project manager with the Lean Services Group. He has been assisting companies initiate Lean efforts since 1995 and first began implementing Lean at Schlumberger Industries in 1992. Sam specializes in implementing cellular manufacturing and pull systems and in assisting companies develop strategies for transforming the culture of their organizations. Additionally, Sam assists companies in layout and improvement of their distribution centers and warehouses.
Sam Received an M.S. in management from Georgia State and aB.S. in industrial engineering from Auburn University.
