Daniels College of Business

Sam Thomas is an affiliate professor teaching management in the MBA@Denver program. He is a senior ERP solutions executive with the primary focus on SAP and Salesforce software.

Sam recently returned from the Middle East where he served as the interim director of operations for a Belgium-based real estate and building management software company. During his assignment in Dubai, Sam played an integral role in the innovation sector, focusing on the blockchain initiatives. He served as a keynote speaker, panelist and an event judge in the innovation field for the Middle East region. Sam was the featured speaker at the 2017 Global Innovation Summit in Dubai.

Sam has been an affiliate faculty member at the University of Colorado–Denver business school and the Burns School of Real Estate & Construction Management at the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.

Sam helped to start an orphanage in Kerala, India, which cares for girls who were orphans or destitute. He currently serves on its board. He holds his BA in International Relations with a minor in Economics and an MA in International Relations with a minor in Economic Development from the University of Denver’s Korbel School for International Studies.
