Biography:

Samia BELAOUNIA has been Associate Professor at NEOMA BS since September 2001 after spending two years at Audencia. She obtained her PhD form the Université de Paris-Dauphine. Her thesis dealt with Diversification Strategies for French banking groups. Her main research subjects are Internationalisation Strategies, Determinants for Corporate Financial Policy and Governance Mechanisms in an International Context. Along with her publications, she works as a reviewer for journals such as International Business Review, Management International and the Revue Française de Gestion. For a number of years she has been heavily involved in designing personalised training programmes for companies such as Bouygues, EDF, and DCNS.
