Samir Mehta

Experience

Samir joined CCL in 2013. He has global experience having led strategic initiatives for an educational firm while based in Shanghai and helped start up an online executive education business. He started his career in software development.

Current Role

Samir serves as the Digital Learning Products Manager and Blended Learning Leader for CCL.

He works with client teams at CCL to ensure that digital learning products and blended learning solutions are designed and delivered seamlessly for CCL’s clients worldwide. Samir facilitates virtual learning experiences on Boundary Spanning Leadership and Strategic Leadership. Samir also serves as a leadership coach working one on one with learners in CCL’s flagship Leadership Development Program.

His work on digital learning strategy has been published in Chief Learning Officer magazine, Training Magazine, IEDP and ATD. 

Educational Background

Samir received his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Pune in India. He has an MBA from the Indian School of Business. Samir is certified in CCL’s 360 Assessments, the MBTI personality assessment, the Workplace Big 5 assessment and CCL’s design methodology 4MAT. He is also trained as a virtual facilitator and designer of virtual learning experiences.

Professional Affiliations

Samir led the Special Interest Group on Mobile and eLearning for the ASTD Valley of the Sun chapter in Phoenix.  Samir also serves as an Adjunct Faculty at NIIT University in India.
