Sarah Bowles

Sarah Bowles is the director of human resources for Orion Industries, a non-profit social enterprise based in Washington state that believes everyone should have an opportunity to work. Sarah leads all elements of HR including talent acquisition, organizational development, health and welfare, compensation and compliance. Prior to her tenure with Orion, she served in HR leadership roles in a variety of companies such as Skills, Inc. and Korum Automotive Group. Sarah holds a MBA and bachelor's in business management, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
