Sarah Chapman

Dr Sarah Chapman is an associate professor and director of the Institute for Monitoring and Evaluations at UCT. Her areas of expertise include evaluation theory, evaluation design, statistical techniques for the analysis of evaluation data, and monitoring framework development. Dr Chapman is an experienced field programme evaluator and has led the evaluations of complex multi-sectoral social programmes in over ten African countries.
