Research interests

As a professional accountant with an industrial background, my expertise is in Management Accounting. Having worked for a multinational packaging company in a variety of roles including export sales and purchasing before qualifying as an accountant, I am able to combine commercial reality with academic theory and practical examples in my teaching. Academically, my interests are in innovation in teaching, learning and assessment, including peer review, enhancing the student experience through the use of technology and smart assessment.
