Henley Business School

Sarah Leach is a Lecturer in Coaching at Henley Business School. She is an author and executive coach, running her own coaching practice since 2013 following ten years of corporate experience in the utility sector, leading and enabling business change.

She teaches on the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching, is co-editor of 'Third Wave Cognitive Behavioural Coaching', published in January 2022, and is a contributing author to 'The Coaches Handbook', 'Succeeding as a Coach' and 'Coaching Tools'. Previously Sarah spent four years as a senior member of Henley Business School's Careers and Professional Development team, responsible for designing and delivering of the careers and professional development module of the MBA and providing one to one career coaching for executive MBA students.

Sarah runs her own coaching business and has built a strong reputation in successfully supporting teams and individuals to confidently navigate change. Sarah enjoys working with high achievers, helping clients to flourish by shaping order out of chaos and challenging them to find their edge to stride forwards with confidence and clarity, making conscious choices and taking purposeful action.

As a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, master strengthscope practitioner, and licensed Myers–Briggs Type Indicator and TMS practitioner, she draws on a number of tools to enable deeper insight and meaningful change for her clients. She has a particular interest in a strengths based approach to enabling change, career, leadership and work life balance topics. Sarah has a postgraduate diploma in management studies and is completing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change.
