Dr. Savita Kumra is an Associate Professor at AUS. Savita has published two books on gender in organizations and diversity management as well as a number of academic and practitioner journal articles in Academy of Management Perspectives, British Journal of Management, Fordham Law Review, Journal of Business Ethics and Gender, Work and Organization. She has also contributed chapters in key texts within the field of gender and management.
