Scott Worthy is Senior Associate at Kiely Thompson Caisley, New Zealand’s leading boutique employment law firm. Scott has broad experience advising on the full range of employment law issues. He frequently provides advice on restructuring and redundancy, managing employee performance, disciplinary processes and health and safety. He also regularly provides advice on Holidays Act issues and privacy law.

Scott focuses on providing timely and commercially attuned advice to ensure pragmatic and cost effective solutions. Scott has a thorough familiarity with all aspects of employment dispute resolution and regularly represents clients at mediation. He has also appeared in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court for clients including Air New Zealand, NZ Bus and Sealord.
