Bio

Sergei Davydenko is an Associate Professor of Finance at Rotman. His research interests include corporate reorganization and its implications for debt markets and valuation, credit risk and bankruptcy codes and debt contracts. Sergei teaches MBA and PhD courses in Advanced Corporate Finance, Business Finance and Mergers and Acquisition. Prior to joining Rotman, he was a consultant on the LGD research project with Standard & Poor''s Risk Solutions from 2002-04.
