Sergio is passionate about helping individuals and organizations improve their performance and achieve outstanding results. He loves to understand what the key levers that can take individuals and organizations performance to the next level are, and creates and implements simple yet powerful transformational experiences and solutions that take them there! As a Trainer and Coach his communication style is direct, sincere, engaging and fun!

Professional background

Sergio started his career working as a Management Consultant for PWC. After that, he took up a series of roles in the areas of Marketing and Sales, in companies such as Namco, Ducker Research and Esteve Pharmaceuticals.

In 2012, he made his true Vision and Mission happen and set up his own Coaching and Training practice, and has been coaching individuals in the areas of Life, Executive, Career and Languages since. He has also designed and delivered Leadership, Managerial Skills, Sales & Communication and Accelerated Language Acquisition programs.

He worked as an On-board L&D Manager for Costa Cruises from 2014 to 2017, delivering Leadership Development, Managerial Skills, Sales, Change Management and Engagement training programs to the onboard management. He also delivered Customer Service trainings to all the hotel crew.

From 2017 to 2018 he worked as a Regional L&D Manager for Hilton Hotels in the UK, being responsible for all talent development initiatives in 8 hotels in the north of England.

He is now working as an independent L&D Consultant, Coach and Trainer, collaborating with several consultancies the design and delivery of international training projects, and delivering in 5 languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian and Portuguese.

Education and qualifications

Sergio holds a BBA & an MBA from the ESADE Business School. He is an NLP Coach & Master Trainer, ATD Master Trainer & Instructional designer, ICF Coach and Gallup Strengths Coach.
